Medical care institutions shall not solicit patients through improper manners proclaimed and prohibited by the central competent authority. Medical care institutions and its staff shall not take advantage of opportunities resulting from medical practice to gain improper interests.

醫療機構，不得以中央主管機關公告禁止之不正當方法，招攬病人。
醫療機構及其人員，不得利用業務上機會獲取不正當利益。
