Hospitals shall appoint an appropriate number of physicians in accordance with the scope and practical needs of the hospital, to treat hospitalized and emergency patients during non-clinic hours.

醫院於診療時間外，應依其規模及業務需要，指派適當人數之醫師值班，以照顧住院及急診病人。
