Medical Care Act Article 27

In case of serious disasters, medical care institutions shall obey the orders and directions of the competent authority in providing medical care services and assisting in public health, which shall not be avoided, obstructed, or refused.The competent authority shall provide compensation after consideration for the fees or costs incurred by medical care institutions which provide services or assistance according to the preceding paragraph.

於重大災害發生時，醫療機構應遵從主管機關指揮、派遣，提供醫療服務及協助辦理公共衛生，不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
醫療機構依前項規定提供服務或協助所生之費用或損失，主管機關應酌予補償。
