The architectural structure and facilities of hospitals shall have fire prevention, escape routes, and other necessary precautions. In addition, hospitals shall also establish emergency response measures.The emergency response measures referred to in the preceding Paragraph and the regulations regarding their inspection shall be determined by the central competent authority.

醫院除其建築構造、設備應具備防火、避難等必要之設施外，並應建立緊急災害應變措施。
前項緊急災害應變措施及檢查辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
