Enforcement Rules of the Physicians Act Article 9
To qualify under Article 4–1, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2 of the Act － regarding admission to medical programs in certain countries or jurisdictions prior to December 31, 2022－ candidates must have been formally enrolled and commenced their studies in such a program by December 31, 2022.
