Medical Technologists Act Article 39
In any one of the following conditions, a medical examination clinic shall be subject to a fine between NT$20,000 and NT$100,000; in serious cases, its establishment license may be annulled:1. Allow a person without medical technologist or medical technician qualification to carry out medical examination work without permission.2. Fail to suspend business while under the penalty of practice suspension.

醫事檢驗所有下列各款情形之一者，處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰；其情節重大者，並得廢止其開業執照：
一、容留未具醫事檢驗師或醫事檢驗生資格人員擅自執行醫事檢驗業務。
二、受停業處分而不停業。
