Medical Radiation Technologists Act Article 18
Application for establishment of a medical care radiological clinic shall be submitted to the local competent authority for approval and registration, after which an opening permit shall be issued before the clinic may be established.Standards for establishment of a medical care radiological clinic shall be determined by the central competent authority upon consultation with the Atomic Energy Council, Executive Yuan and other related agencies.
