Medical Radiation Technologists Act Article 14
When carrying out businesses, a medical radiation technologist shall make records, clearly stating the following:1. Name, sex, date of birth and address of the patient.2. Condition and time of radiographic examination or treatment.3. Name of the physician and content of the examination.
