Occupational Therapists Act Article 53
Occupational therapist’s associations shall hold one general members’ (member representative’s) meetings every year. Extraordinary meetings may be held as required.When an occupational therapist’s association has more than 300 members, proportional representatives may be elected by area based on the member distribution status in accordance the articles of association. Such member representatives may hold member representatives’ meetings to perform the functions of members’ meetings.

職能治療師公會每年召開會員（會員代表）大會一次，必要時得召開臨時大會。
職能治療師公會會員人數超過三百人時，得依章程之規定就會員分布狀況劃定區域，按會員人數比率選出代表，召開會員代表大會，行使會員大會之職權。
