Occupational Therapists Act Article 39
When the principal therapist of an occupational therapy institution is subject to the penalty of suspension from practice or cancellation of practice license, the occupational therapy institution shall also be suspended from practice or its establishment license shall also be cancelled.When an occupational therapy institution is subject to the penalty of suspension from practice or cancellation of establishment license, its principal therapist shall also be penalized with suspension from practice or cancellation of practice license.

職能治療所之負責人受停業處分或廢止執業執照者，應同時對其職能治療所予以停業處分或廢止其開業執照。
