Dietitians Act Article 34
A nutrition counseling institution meeting one of the following conditions shall be subjected to a minimum fine of Twenty Thousand NT Dollars to a maximum fine of One Hundred Thousand NT Dollars. Where a serious violation is committed, the institution operating permit shall be cancelled.1. Employment of an uncertificated person to practice dietitian’s tasks;2. Engaging in illegal acts or practices; or3. Failed to discontinue operations as directed in the practice discontinuing order.

營養諮詢機構有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰；其情節重大者，並得廢止其開業執照：
一、容留未具營養師資格人員擅自執行營養師業務。
二、從事違法之業務。
三、受停業處分而不停業。
