Speech Therapists Act Article 23
The fee schedules of speech therapy clinics are subject to the approval of the municipality or county (city) authority. Speech therapy clinics shall issue receipts that indicate the charge items and amounts charged.Speech therapy clinics shall not overcharge or determine charge items at their own discretion in violation of the fee schedule.
