Speech Therapists Act Article 16
To open a speech therapy clinic, the applicant shall apply to the municipality or county (city) authority at the place of business for registration and issuance of a business license. A for-profit legal entity may not apply for the establishment of speech therapy clinic.The application requirements and procedure and establishment criteria for speech therapy clinic shall be set forth by the central competent authority.
