Emergency Medical Services Act Article 38
The central competent health authority shall hold hospital emergency capacity accreditation by level; hospitals shall provide medical services according to the accreditation without unreasonable delay.The accreditation by level standards mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall be decided by the central competent health authority according to the types of emergency medical services.

中央衛生主管機關應辦理醫院緊急醫療處理能力分級評定；醫院應依評定等級提供醫療服務，不得無故拖延。
