Emergency Medical Services Act Article 11
The central competent health authority shall include the hospital and pre-hospital emergency medical services in hospital accreditation.The municipality or county (city) competent health authorities shall regularly supervise and assess the emergency medical services provided by the medical care institutions in each own jurisdiction.

中央衛生主管機關應將醫院緊急醫療業務及協助到院前緊急醫療業務納入醫院評鑑。
直轄市、縣（市）衛生主管機關對轄區內醫療機構之緊急醫療業務，應定期實施督導考核。
