Diplomate Specialization and Examination Regulations Article 4
The duration of PGY Training for physicians who graduated from foreign universities shall be as follows:1. Physicians who commenced PGY Training on or before July 31, 2020: 1 year2. Physicians who commenced PGY Training on or after August 1, 2020: 2 years

國外大學畢業之醫師，其接受一般醫學訓練之期間如下：
一、中華民國一百零九年七月三十一日以前接受一般醫學訓練者：一年。
二、一百零九年八月一日以後接受一般醫學訓練者：二年。
一、中華民國一百零九年七月三十一日以前接受一般醫學訓練者：一年。
二、一百零九年八月一日以後接受一般醫學訓練者：二年。
