The criteria for recognition of the training hospitals referred to in the preceding article shall be prescribed by the central competent authority, which shall conduct such recognition on a regular basis and announce a list of training hospitals that meet the prescribed requirements, together with the validity period of their qualifications, their training capacity, and other relevant matters.
