Physical Therapists Act Article 38
A physical therapy clinic shall be imposed with a fine of more than NT$ 20,000 and less than NT$ 100,000 under any of the following circumstances. In case of serious violations, it shall be subject to an annulment of the opening permit:1. Sheltering non-qualified physical therapists or physical therapy technicians to practice physical therapy without authorization,2. The clinic’s practice is suspended but still continued.

物理治療所有下列各款情形之一者，處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰；其情節重大者，並得廢止其開業執照：
一、容留未具物理治療師或物理治療生資格人員擅自執行物理治療業務。
二、受停業處分而不停業。
