Respiratory Therapists Act Article 11
In case of termination or suspension of practice, respiratory therapists shall, within thirty days of occurrence of the fact, report such termination or suspension of practice to the authority that issued their practice licenses for recordation purposes.In the event that respiratory therapists change their practice locations or resume practice, the regulations governing the practice thereof shall apply on a mutatis mutandis basis.If respiratory therapists are deceased, the authority that issued their practice licenses shall cancel their practice licenses.

呼吸治療師歇業或停業時，應自事實發生之日起三十日內報請原發執業執照機關備查。
呼吸治療師變更執業處所或復業者，準用關於執業之規定。
呼吸治療師死亡者，由原發執業執照機關註銷其執業執照。
