Dental Laboratories Establishment Standards Article 3
Any establishment of a dental laboratory shall comply with the following requirements:1. Personnel: shall meet the qualification requirements of Paragraph 2, Article 18 of the Act for prospective laboratories2. Facilities including:i. A clearly delineated, independent operating facilityii. Clearly defined finished product areas, along with cleaning equipment, waste treatment equipment, fume and dust extraction equipment, and metal and plaster grindersiii. Appropriate ventilation, dust prevention and lighting equipmentiv. Such other equipment as may be needed for the professional practice of dental laboratory work and systems to preserve the operating records3. Other:i. A total floor area of not less than 20 sq. m.ii. Where the dental laboratory will share space at the same address with another healthcare practice, there shall be clearly delineated independent means of egress and ingress.

牙體技術所之設置，應符合下列規定：
一、人員：申請設置者具有本法第十八條第二項規定之資格。
二、設施：
（一）有明顯區隔之獨立作業場所。
（二）明顯劃分成品區，並設有清洗設備、污物處理設備、吸塵設備及金屬、石膏研磨機。
（三）有通風設備、防塵及採光照明設備。
（四）其他足以執行牙體技術業務之設備及保存執行業務紀錄之設施。
三、其他：
（一）總樓地板面積，不得小於二十平方公尺。
（二）牙體技術所與其他醫事機構同址設立時，應各有明顯區隔之獨立出入口。
