Enforcement Rules of the Psychologists’ Act Article 14
The municipal, city or county competent authority shall formulate a plan for implementing supervision and evaluation (at least once a year) on the business of psychotherapy clinics and psychological counseling clinics within its jurisdiction, and the plan shall be reported to the central competent authority for future reference.Relevant agencies or organizations may be commissioned to carry out the supervision and evaluation mentioned in the preceding paragraph when necessary.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關對轄區內心理治療所或心理諮商所之業務，應擬訂計畫實施督導考核，每年至少一次，並應將其計畫報請中央主管機關備查。
