Enforcement Rules of the Psychologists’ Act Article 11
When a psychotherapy clinic or a psychological counseling clinic is shut down or suspended, or subject to the punishment of suspension, revocation or annulment of establishment license, the clinical psychologists or counseling psychologists practicing in it shall conduct shutdown, suspension or change of practicing location pursuant to Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2, Article 11 of this Act.
中文原文 心理師法施行細則第11條
心理治療所或心理諮商所歇業、停業或受停業、撤銷、廢止開業執照處分者，其所屬臨床心理師或諮商心理師，應依本法第十一條第一項或第二項規定辦理歇業、停業或變更執業處所。
