Psychologists Act Article 59
If any member of a clinical psychologist guild or counseling psychologist guild breaches any law, articles of guild or code of professional ethics, the guild may impose a sanction in accordance with its articles of guild or a resolution by its board of directors, board of supervisors or member (member representatives) meeting.
