Psychologists Act Article 38
When a psychotherapy clinic or psychological counseling clinic is suspended or has its establishment license annulled, the principal psychologist shall also be suspended or has his/her practice license annulled.When the principal psychologist of a psychotherapy clinic or psychological counseling clinic is suspended or has his/her practice license annulled, his/her psychotherapy clinic or psychological counseling clinic shall also be suspended or have its establishment license annulled.

心理治療所或心理諮商所受停業處分或廢止開業執照者，應同時對其負責心理師予以停業處分或廢止其執業執照。
心理治療所或心理諮商所之負責心理師受停業處分或廢止其執業執照時，應同時對該心理治療所或心理諮商所予以停業處分或廢止其開業執照。
