Psychotherapy clinics or psychological counseling clinics shall issue fee details and receipts for the fees charged.No psychotherapy clinic or psychological counseling clinic shall breach the fee schedule, make excessive charges or change any fee without grounds.The fee schedule under the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the municipal or county (city) competent authority.

心理治療所或心理諮商所收取費用，應開給收費明細表及收據。
