Psychologists Act Article 22
The use or change of the name of a psychotherapy clinic or psychological counseling clinic is subject to the approval by the local municipal or county (city) competent authority that issued the original establishment license.No institution other than a psychotherapy clinic or a psychological counseling clinic shall use the name of a psychotherapy clinic or psychological counseling clinic or a similar name.

心理治療所或心理諮商所名稱之使用或變更，應經原發給開業執照之所在地直轄市、縣（市）主管機關核准。
非心理治療所或心理諮商所，不得使用心理治療所、心理諮商所或類似之名稱。
