Human Organ Transplant Act Article 11

Medical care institutions that remove an organ shall include the complete medical record in the donor’s records, and shall exercise the necessary duty of medical and customary care.The medical care institution where the organ donor is staying shall provide the donor’s transplant-related examination report in writing to the medical care institution where the organ recipient is staying before the transplant operation is performed. The medical care institution where the recipient is staying shall also include the aforesaid report in the recipient’s medical record for safekeeping.
