Regulations for Organization and Operation of Human Research Ethics Review Board Article 16
The IRB shall keep the project review report, audit report, interim report, final report and other relevant information of a research project for three years after the completion of the project, so that they can be retrieved by the central competent authority of the relevant industry at any time.
