Regulations for Organization and Operation of Human Research Ethics Review Board Article 14
The principal investigator of the project shall be informed in writing of the result of the audit conducted by the IRB according to the previous Article, with any changes to the original review decision being stated.If the conditions prescribed in Paragraphs 2 and 3, Article 17 of this Act are found as a result of the IRB’s audit, the research institution and the central competent authority of the relevant industry shall be notified within 14 days after the decision is made.

審查會依前條規定查核結果，應以書面通知計畫主持人；其有變更原審查決定者，並應載明。
