Human Biobank Management Act Article 16
Any biomedical research being based on human population groups or specific population groups shall not use any materials obtained from a Biobank the establishment of which is not authorized.Where an Operator uses or provides to any third party the biological specimens, and related data and information, such use and the provision shall be conducted pursuant to the scope, duration, and method as agreed to by the Participant.

生物醫學研究以人口群或特定群體為基礎者，其材料不得取自未經許可設置之生物資料庫。
設置者自行或提供第三人使用生物檢體及相關資料、資訊，應於參與者同意之範圍、期間、方法內為之。
