Human Biobank Management Act Article 11
In the event that the biological specimens, data, or information is stolen, leaked, tampered with, or otherwise infringed, an Operator shall immediately investigate the matter, report same to the Competent Authority, and notify relevant participants in an appropriate manner.An Operator shall stipulate emergency response measures in relation to matters mentioned in the preceding Paragraph, and submit same to the Competent Authority for approval.

生物檢體或相關資料、資訊遭竊取、洩漏、竄改或受其他侵害情事時，設置者應即查明及通報主管機關，並以適當方式通知相關參與者。
