Administrative Regulations on the Establishment of Human Biobank Article 13
The competent authority may entrust other government agencies (institutions), medical or academic institutions, research institutions, and legal persons to establish the Biobank and integrated platform.The operators participating in the integrated platform specified in the preceding Paragraph may provide each other with biological specimens, natural person data, and other relevant materials and information through such integrated platform, and may entrust the operator of the integrated platform to handle the review of the application of the integrated platform plans specified in Paragraph 3 of Article 5.

主管機關得委託其他政府機關（構）、醫療或學術機構、研究機構、法人，設置生物資料庫整合平臺。
設置者參加前項整合平臺，得經整合平臺相互提供生物檢體、自然人資料及其他有關資料、資訊，並得委託整合平台之設置者辦理本條例第五條第三項整合平臺計畫申請案之審查。
