Regulations on the Establishment, Management, and Use of the Electronic Databases for Domestic Violence and for Sexual Assault Cases Article 11
The electronic data of domestic violence and sexual assault under the Regulations shall be retained for at least seven years; those that belong to a juvenile shall be retained at least seven years after the juvenile reaches adulthood.If a longer retention period is prescribed by other laws and regulations, such laws and regulations shall apply.
