Domestic Violence Prevention Act Article 46
The municipal or county (city) competent authority shall arrange the locations or mandate other authorities (institutions) or organizations to arrange the locations for visitation with minors.The locations under the previous paragraph shall have personnel that have received domestic violence security and prevention training. The rules concerning the enforcement and fee charges for the arrangements of and supervision of visitation and the delivery of the child shall be determined by the municipal or county (city) competent authority.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應設未成年子女會面交往處所或委託其他機關（構）、團體辦理。
前項處所，應有受過家庭暴力安全及防制訓練之人員；其設置、監督會面交往與交付子女之執行及收費規定，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關定之。
