Domestic Violence Prevention Act Article 33
Article 31 and the first paragraph of the previous article apply mutatis mutandis to defendants under detention after the court issues a ruling to stop the detention.After detention is stopped, if the defendant breaches any condition imposed by the court under the previous paragraph and if the court deems it necessary to detain the defendant, the court may order detention again.

第三十一條及前條第一項規定，於羈押中之被告，經法院裁定停止羈押者，準用之。
停止羈押之被告違反法院依前項規定所附之條件者，法院於認有羈押必要時，得命再執行羈押。
