Regulations of Sexual Harassment Prevention Article 5
Upon learning of sexual harassment incidents occurring in their public areas or publicly accessible places, the institutions may take the following measures:1. Respect the victim’s wills and reduce the possibility for the concerned parties to interact with each other;2. Prevent retaliation;3. Prevent the perpetrator from the recurrence of sexual harassment; and4. Take other measures deemed necessary.

機構知悉其所屬公共場所及公眾得出入之場所發生性騷擾事件者，得採取下列處置：
一、尊重被害人意願，減低當事人雙方互動之機會。
二、避免報復情事。
三、預防、減低行為人再度性騷擾之可能。
四、其他認為必要之處置。
