The provisions of Articles 7 to 9, Articles 12 to 13, and Articles 28 to 29 herein can be applied to crimes of sexual assault.The administrative fines mentioned in the previous paragraph is imposed by the competent authorities concerned with sexual assault crime prevention.

第七條至第九條、第十二條至第十三條、第二十八條及第二十九條之規定，於性侵害犯罪準用之。
前項行政罰鍰之科處，由性侵害犯罪防治主管機關為之。
