Regulations Governing Reporting, Classification, and Categorization of Sexual Assault Cases Article 6

The municipal and city/county competent authorities shall, within 24 hours after learning of a case or receiving a report done in accordance with Article 3 or 4, classify the reported case according to the following methods:1. Class 1: Under emergency circumstances that require a immediate rescue, medical diagnosis and treatment, medical examination, or evidence collection;2. Class 2: Under circumstances other than those specified in the preceding subparagraph.
