When offenders register and check-in as per the Sexual Assault Crime Offender Registration, Reporting, Visitation, and Inquiry Procedures, they must have their photographs taken by judicial police authorities.The content of the photographs must include a full frontal face, the right half, and the left half of the face, with both eyes open, mouth closed, both ears and the neck visible, and facial features clearly visible without any obstructions
