Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act Article 37

Any person who commits any of the offenses prescribed in Paragraph 1 or 2 of Article 33, Paragraph 2 of Article 34, Paragraph 2 of Article 35, or Paragraph 3 of Article 36, and knowingly and willfully murders the victim(s), shall be subject to (a penalty of) death or life imprisonment; any person who commits any of the aforesaid offenses and causes serious physical injury to the victim(s) shall be subject to life imprisonment or imprisonment for not less than twelve (12) years.Any person who commits any of the offenses prescribed in Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of Article 33, Paragraph 2 of Article 34, Paragraph 2 of Article 35, or Paragraph 3 of Article 36, and consequently causes the death of the victim(s), shall be subject to life imprisonment or imprisonment for not less than twelve (12) years; any person who commits any of the aforesaid offenses and causes serious physical injury to the victim(s) shall be subject to imprisonment for not less than twelve (12) years.
