Nursing Personnel Act Article 47
The establishment of a national nursing personnel association can be initiated after more than one-third (1/3) of the municipal or county (city) nursing personnel associations complete their establishment.The municipal or county (city) nursing personnel associations set forth in Article 45 of the Act shall join the aforesaid national nursing personnel association after its establishment.

護理人員公會全國聯合會應由三分之一以上之直轄市、縣（市）護理人員公會完成組織後，始得發起組織。
前項護理人員公會聯合會成立後，本法第四十五條之直轄市及縣（市）護理人員公會應加入之。
