Nursing Personnel Act Article 28
Unless otherwise provided for above, permitted by law or agreed by the person concerned or his/her legal representative in writing, nursing personnel or nursing institutions and their staff shall not disclose the confidential information of others acquired or held by them in the course of practice.

除依前條規定外，護理人員或護理機構及其人員對於因業務而知悉或持有他人秘密，非依法、或經當事人或其法定代理人之書面同意者，不得洩漏。
