Nursing Personnel Act Article 21
The standards for fees collected by a nursing institution shall be reviewed and prescribed by the municipal or county (city) competent authority. However, the standards for fees collected by a public nursing institution shall be reviewed and prescribed by the competent authority which administers such an institution.A nursing institution shall not overcharge and violate the fee standards.

護理機構之收費標準，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關核定之。
但公立護理機構之收費標準，由該管主管機關分別核定。
護理機構不得違反收費標準，超額收費。
