Nursing Personnel Act Article 12
Nursing personnel shall practice nursing in medical care institutions or nursing institutions approved for registration by the local competent authorities or other institutions recognised by the central competent authority. This rule does not apply to practice at times of emergency, inter-institutional support or cases with prior approval.
