The content of the pre-established specific medical procedure stipulated in Sub-paragraph 3 of Article 5 shall include the following items:1. The scope of medical activities performed per the preceding article.2. Patient symptoms, medical history, physical assessment and other relevant circumstances or diagnoses.3. Relevant medical order forms that may be performed.4. Medical treatments and measures to be performed.5. Reporting the patient’s condition and treatment results to the supervising physician.6. Recording the medical treatments.7. The supervising physician’s supervision method.8. Specific training standards, requirements and competency assessment methods that nurse practitioners and nurse practitioners in training must possess.
