Regulations Governing Nurse Practitioners Carrying out Medical Activities under the Supervision of a Physician Article 4
Medical institutions that employ nurse practitioners and nurse practitioners in training to carry out medical activities under supervision shall set up a Nurse Practitioner Medical Practice Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”).The Committee of a medical institution shall be composed of physicians, nurse practitioners and nursing department heads, with a deputy director or above serving as the convener.The Committee of a nursing institution shall be composed of physicians and nurse practitioners, with the head of the nursing institution serving as the convener.

醫療機構或護理機構，以專科護理師及訓練專科護理師執行醫療業務者，應成立專科護理師執行醫療業務委員會（以下稱委員會）。
