Standards Governing Health Checkups and Healthcare Services for People with Disabilities Article 5
Municipal and county (city) competent authorities or medical institutions commissioned for the checkups shall notify the people with disabilities or their guardians of their health checkup results.When illnesses that require follow-up treatments are revealed by the health checkup results as provided in the previous paragraph, municipal and county (city) competent authorities shall give guidance to people with disabilities regarding treatments and shall refer them to appropriate medical institutions based on their willingness.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關或受其委託辦理健康檢查之醫療機構，應將健康檢查結果通知身心障礙者或其監護人。
前項健康檢查結果發現有需追蹤治療之病症時，直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應輔導身心障礙者治療並依其意願轉介至適當醫療機構。
