Midwifery Personnel Act Article 51
The candidates for directors and supervisors of the national union of midwifery personnel associations shall not be limited to the member representatives appointed by municipal or city/county midwifery personnel associations.The member representatives appointed by municipal or city/county midwifery personnel associations to join the national union of midwifery personnel associations are not limited to directors or supervisors of the associations.

助產人員公會全國聯合會理事、監事之當選，不以直轄市、縣（市）助產人員公會選派參加之會員代表為限。
直轄市、縣（市）助產人員公會選派參加助產人員公會全國聯合會之會員代表，不以其理事、監事為限。
