Midwifery Personnel Act Article 39
In the event that a midwifery institution is subject to suspension of operations or revocation of its opening license, its responsible person shall also be subject to suspension of practice or revocation of his/her practice license.In the event that the responsible person of a midwifery institution is subject to suspension of practice or revocation of his/her practice license, the midwifery institution shall also be subject to suspension of operations or revocation of its opening license.

助產機構受停業處分或廢止開業執照者，應同時對其負責人予以停業處分或廢止其執業執照。
助產機構負責人受停業處分或廢止其執業執照時，應同時對該助產機構予以停業處分或廢止其開業執照。
