Midwifery Personnel Act Article 32
In the event that midwifery personnel lend their certificates to others for use, their midwifery personnel certificates shall be revoked. Cases where criminal liability is incurred shall be referred to the prosecutors office that has the jurisdiction for handling in accordance with law.Midwifery personnel who commit unlawful acts in the course of practice shall be subject to suspension of practice for a period of not less than one month and not more than one year. In case of severe violations, their practice licenses or opening licenses may be revoked. 助產人員將其證照租借他人使用者，廢止其助產人員證書；其涉及刑事責任者，並應移送該管檢察機關依法辦理。
助產人員於業務上有不正當行為者，處一個月以上一年以下之停業處分；其情節重大者，得廢止其執業執照或開業執照；其涉及刑事責任者，並應移送該管檢察機關依法辦理。
